![]() ![]() ![]() I think from what I've seen online so far it seems like the baby Bjorn is supportive for baby in the newborn phase but as the material at the bottom can't be widened it becomes less ideal M position once they get around the 5 month mark take it leave depending on baby's size but I have been gifted a second hand ergobaby omni and will just be using that by then I should imagine so tbf only really looking for it the newborn stage though obviously would be nice to get a bit more longevity out of it. Thank you for your replies- bit mixed i would be the ideal solution but unfortunately everything like that near me seems to not be happening for the foreseeable future with how things that was my worry as I kind of want to combine the good elements of both of them really. ![]() And with the ergo baby embrace - feel like would be much more comfortable to wear and probs last longer in terms of support but just worried about whether the head and neck support will feel enough as doesn't look like the neckline comes up that high which might then defeat trying to be hands free! Love the look of the head support and adjustable length of the baby Bjorn mini but worried it won't be very supportive on my back after a while as I suffer with my upper back shoulders as it is. I've narrowed down to these two but have a couple of worries with each after looking at pictures/online reviews. Second baby and will have a still quite young toddler when this one is newborn so keen to do baby wearing but I tried multiple slings and slings type hybrids with my first and they're just not for me so keen to try a soft structured carrier this time instead that's a bit more idiot proof! Carry baby in newborn mode, baby facing in mode, and baby facing out mode. Keep baby close as they grow with a simple adjustable waistbelt. Designed with the softness of a wrap and the structured support of a carrier. Wondering if anyone has used either of these carriers and if they'd recommend them and even better if they've tried both for comparison? The Ergobaby Embrace is cozy and simple for newborns. ![]()
